Privacy Policy

NOM helps you track and understand your baby's sleep. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account information — your email address and phone number at signup.
• Your baby's details — name, date of birth, and sex.
• Tracking data — sleep, nursing, bottles, diapers, solids, medication, pumping, and weight and growth measurements.
• Pregnancy information — due date and hospital checklist entries, if you use the pregnancy path.
• Course progress — chapters completed and your answers to course questions.
• Purchases — if you buy the Sleep Course, we receive a purchase confirmation from Apple. We never see or store your card details.

Why we collect it

Only to run the app: to calculate your baby's wake window and next sleep time, to show reports and the growth curve, to save your course progress, and to sync your data across your devices.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Where it's stored and who processes it

• Firebase (Google) — hosts your account and data, acting as a data processor on our behalf.
• RevenueCat — verifies purchases. It receives a purchase identifier only, never health data or your baby's details.
• Apple — handles payment entirely, under their own privacy policy.

Data may be stored on servers outside your country, including in the EU and the United States.

Your baby's data

The app is for parents, not for children. Information about your baby is entered by you, stays linked to your account, and is used only to display it back to you and to power the calculations inside the app.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and everything associated with it at any time by contacting us, and we will delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond.

Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted, and access rules prevent any account from reading another account's data. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat this data with the seriousness it deserves.

Changes to this policy

If something material changes, we will update this page and change the date above.
